The AGM and windup will be held at 4pm on Sunday 10th March 2013. At the AGM all positions will be declared vacant and a new committee will be voted in. Positions available include; President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Tee-Ball Delegate, Baseball Delegate, Property Manager, Sponsorship, Grants Officer, Umpire Co-ordinator, Coaches Co-ordinator, Groundsman, Uniforms, Fundraising, Canteen Manager, First Aid Officer, Publicity Officer, Trophy & Photo Co-ordinator and Website Manager. Many hands make light work as they say so please put your hand up if you can spare a small amount of time or even consider sharing a role with a friend, the committee meets once a month and it's a great way to be involved and have input into the way your club is run. While mums and dads attend the AGM in the hall at Springdale there will be face painting, bouncy castle & a gladiator duel to keep the kids entertained on the oval. At the conclusion of the AGM the trophy & badge presentations will commence.
All players will receive a free sausage sizzle & drink, there will also be sausage sizzles & drinks available for sale. So please bring the family and come along to support our fantastic club.
